What is Coaching?

Coaching is a process that is used to empower individuals and help them reach their goals.

During your coaching engagement, your coach will walk by your side to help you reach your goals and aspirations. They will actively listen, ask you questions to pinpoint your challenges, inspire you to make sustained changes necessary to a fulfilled life.

Your life coach will help you feel empowered to make decisions that will have a lasting impact on your personal and/or professional life.

 

What coaching is not

Your coach is there to support you when you are ready to make changes. They are not there to force changes or to counsel you.

If you start a coaching programme and it appears that coaching is not the right support for you, we will discuss it together to find an alternative support for your onward journey.

 

How does coaching work?

Our life coaches and business coaches use a variety of coaching models to suit your individual needs and to offer you a structure to grow and sustain change. 

A popular coaching example is the GROW model which explores the following areas: Goals, Reality, Options and Way forward.

This model is one of the many tools we use to keep you motivated, make changes to move forward to where you want to be. Your coach is non-judgemental and the questions you will be asked is to clarify your thoughts. We actively listen to your responses, challenge you when necessary to examine what stops you from achieving your goals.
